Samsung Windfree AC C416 Error Code

Despite using it very little, the Samsung Premium Plus AR18BXCAAWK/SK model air conditioner that I purchased a year ago gave a C416 error and has not been working for a week. Despite informing you of the urgency of the situation, no action has been taken. I have a 3-month-old baby at home who cannot sleep due to the heat during the day and night, and is constantly restless. A brand like Samsung should not hide behind excuses like "we are too busy to send a service technician." People trust the brand’s name and strength when making a purchase, and that's exactly what I did. However, both the issues during the installation process and this current problem show how wrong I was, unfortunately.
