Samsung's Delayed AC Installation in Hot Weather
My wife is pregnant, and the sweltering heat at home is making her feel very bad. We decided to buy a Samsung air conditioner, and the salespeople told us that it would be easy to set up. But, they lied to us! Even though I asked Samsung's technicians several times to come quickly because my wife was pregnant, they never showed up. It's annoying because no one wants to wait in such unbearable heat. Worst of all? The installation won't happen for 15 days. What do you think? Samsung, if you don't have enough tech people, hire more! I was going to buy two more ACs from Samsung, but after this terrible experience, I'll never, ever buy another one from them again. We did it once, but we won't do it again! You've lost a loyal customer, Samsung.
