Samsung Air Conditioner Installation Issue Not Resolved

I bought a Samsung AR12BXFCMWK Wind Free Premium air conditioner, but the service team hasn't bothered to get in touch with me, even though my pregnant wife needs the air conditioner right away. I've tried to get in touch with Samsung customer service, but it seems impossible to get through and find a solution. I'm sharing my complaint on this platform because I want to get in touch with brand representatives quickly and easily. My wife is eight months pregnant, and the heat in Antalya has made it impossible for her to stay at home. Samsung needs to help us right away and do something. A little bit of understanding and a quick answer could make all the difference. Please help us when we need it.

I bought a Samsung brand air conditioner. I live in Antalya, and the service tells me that the installation will be done in 15 days. Despite mentioning several times that my wife is pregnant, they continue to act as they please. I regret buying a Samsung product as they are not helping in any way. If they do not help today, I will return the product. If they do not accept the return, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court. Samsung is not helping in any way.
