Facelab Charged Me Immediately After I Started the Free Trial

I downloaded the Facelab photo editing app because I wanted to edit my photos. The app offered a one-week free trial, so I accepted the trial believing I would be able to use the service for free during that period.

However, even though I signed up for the free trial, I was charged immediately instead of receiving the promised trial period. I did not expect to be billed before the free trial ended, and I believe this charge was made in error.

I request that this issue be reviewed, that the incorrect charge be refunded, and that I receive an explanation as to why I was billed during what was advertised as a free trial.
