Samsung 12,000 BTU Air Conditioner Installation Problem
I purchased a brand new 12,000 BTU air conditioner from Samsung, and they promised a one-day installation. Nothing has happened in three days! I've called their call center, but they hang up on me and speak to me as if mocking my situation! They insist that I have no other choice but to wait! My child is ill, and I bought this air conditioner specifically for them. Nobody has called or shown up after three days. They abandoned the air conditioning installation! The temperature has now reached 47 degrees, and I can't even get in touch with the authorized service center! Call forwarding is useless because it is always closed! Shame on them for abandoning us stranded and in danger!
