Samsung Washing Machine Leaves Bad Smell After Washing
I recently purchased a washing machine from a Samsung store, but it has turned into a nightmare. After each wash, my clothes come out with a damp, moldy smell. Despite numerous attempts to address the issue with the seller, customer support, and service center, I've been stuck in a loop of redirection and no action. Even though I'm well within my rights to exercise the 14-day return policy, as stated in their product description, they seem to be doing everything they can to avoid taking responsibility and honoring it. It's disappointing to see such a reputable brand failing to address a serious issue and not standing by its own promises. As a customer, I feel frustrated and let down by Samsung's lack of accountability. The persistent odor issue needs immediate attention and resolution.
