Chery Tiggo 7 Pro has excessive fuel consumption and a faulty DVD module

I own a Chery Tiggo 7 Pro and I have been experiencing two ongoing problems, one related to high fuel consumption and the other to the DVD module, which the authorized service has not been able to resolve. The problem with excessive fuel consumption has been continuing since 13.05.2024. Despite normal driving conditions, the vehicle consumes much more fuel than I consider acceptable, and this situation has become a serious concern for me in terms of both cost and usage comfort. In addition, I have a persistent problem with the DVD module. On 14.07.2025, the DVD module was changed at Gaziantep Bzl Otomotiv authorized service, and various resets were performed, but these interventions did not solve the problem and the malfunctions continue. The fact that the module was changed and the resets did not work shows that the issue has not been definitively diagnosed or resolved. I also have multiple videos recorded on different dates that clearly show the DVD module malfunction. I request that my vehicle be thoroughly examined, the root causes of both the high fuel consumption and the DVD module problem be clearly identified, and that a permanent solution be provided. If these problems cannot be definitively fixed, I expect the vehicle to be changed or another concrete and satisfying solution to be offered. I kindly ask for my grievances to be resolved as soon as possible.
