BDG Deposit Not Credited – Request Deposit Urgently Or Full Refund

On 7 July 2026 I made a 3,000 deposit via bank transfer to my BDG betting account. Although the money was sent from my bank, the amount has not been credited to my account on the site. I contacted the site’s customer support about the missing 3,000 deposit. They informed me that the transaction had failed, yet there is no clear record or satisfactory explanation given to me and the balance has still not been added to my account. Ok I request that my 3,000 deposit either be credited to my BDG account without further delay or fully refunded to my bank account, and that a clear written explanation be provided regarding why this problem occurred.
