Lost access to my Garena Free Fire account after recovery email stopped receiving security messages
Hello Garena Support Team, My in‑game name is DIZIX!!! and my UID is 1662983826. My recovery email is: t********@gmail.com. I have lost access to my own account and I am very afraid that someone else will recover or hack it. My recovery Gmail was unsubscribed from Garena emails, so I no longer receive verification codes or security messages. Because of this, my account is now in serious danger. I am writing this request from my friend’s account, because I do not have access to my own account anymore. The screenshot I shared shows a verification code email from Garena and also that the subscription was cancelled. I respectfully request that you urgently subscribe and reactivate my recovery Gmail address (t*********@gmail.com) so that codes and all security emails come again to this same address. Please do not change my recovery email to any new Gmail; I only want my old recovery email to stay active on my account. If this is not fixed quickly, I am worried that within about 15 days someone else may recover my ID using another Gmail and permanently take my account.
