Samsung Air Conditioner Noisy Since Installation – Replacement Request

I have been having a problem with my Samsung air conditioner since the first installation. From the very beginning, the indoor unit has been working with a disturbing level of noise and this situation has never improved. During the first installation in İzmir, when we took the air conditioner out of the boxes together with the authorised service, we also noticed that the outdoor unit was damaged. The authorised service told me that they could start a return process due to this damage. However, because the weather was very hot and I wanted the process to be completed as quickly as possible, I did not insist on a return at that moment and accepted the installation. Later on, the noise problem coming from the indoor unit reached a very disturbing level. After I insisted, the authorised service team, which was the same team that did the installation, came to my home again, checked the device and recorded a video of the noise problem. They stated that they could not intervene in the issue on site and that they would send the video and my request to their superiors, who would then forward it to Samsung and inform me according to the response they receive. Despite this, my problem still continues and the air conditioner is making loud noise during operation. Considering that the outdoor unit was damaged from the very beginning and the indoor unit has been noisy since the first installation, my clear expectation from Samsung is to send me a completely new indoor and outdoor air conditioner set and to remove the current product and replace it with the new one. I request that my situation be evaluated urgently and that the necessary action be taken for a full product replacement.
