Samsung 50TU8000 Chronic Panel Problem, The Display Disappears


On September 17, 2020, I purchased a Samsung UE58TU7000UXTK TV. On June 17, 2023, while the device was functioning, the screen and sound suddenly went off on their own. Upon reading reviews and complaints, I discovered that this issue has become chronic in the 2020 Samsung series. Is it befitting for a reputable corporate company like Samsung to provide faulty products? I earnestly request the authorities to repair my device without charging me and to stand behind their products. If not, I will initiate legal proceedings by referencing other complaints and file a complaint with the Consumer Courts. If Samsung stands up for its product, I will also extend my gratitude here.
