Samsung 50TU8000 Chronic Panel Problem, The Display Disappears

I have a Samsung 50TU8000 chronic panel problem. I bought the product in May 2021, the warranty period has expired, but on 16.06.2022 I encountered the panel problem, which is the chronic problem of this series. The TV turns on, horizontal scratches occur in the middle of the screen, the image goes out in 1 minute, there is sound in the background and the TV resets itself. When I explained this situation to the customer services, the service directed me and on 20.06.2022, he stated that the panel was problematic and replaced the panel within the warranty. Now I'm having the same problem again and it's been out of warranty for about 2 months, but the product is defective and chronically troubled, anyone who does a little research is aware of this. When I spoke to the customer representative, I received a reply that a fee is charged and I stated that I would definitely not pay for this defective product. I immediately explained the problem. I request the panel replacement free of charge, otherwise I will seek my rights in the consumer arbitration committee.
