Samsung UE55TU8500UXTK Model TV Panel Failure

I use a total of 5 Samsung brand televisions at my home and work. On Saturday, 21.12.2024, the screen of my UE55TU8500UXTK model television, which I bought last and use the least, suddenly went dark and then turned on and off on its own without any intervention. I reported this situation to the authorized Samsung line number 4447711. They stated that they would direct the service themselves. As a result of the checks made by the service officials, they stated that there was a panel malfunction on the television and said that they would report the situation to the center. When I called the center, they stated that after I was informed about the malfunction of the television, repairs could be made for a fee of ₺10,000. As a result of my research, I came to the information that the panel failure caused by the production of Samsung brand UE55TU8500UXTK model televisions is a chronic problem, and repair is offered free of charge by Samsun. Is it a mistake to trust the Samsung brand and meet all our needs with the products produced by this brand? How is a brand trust formed? Who decides on the free / paid repair status of products determined to be chronically defective? I will exercise my legal rights regarding this issue and apply to the Consumer Court. After this dual application of the Samsung brand, I decided not to use this brand product again.
