Samsung UE40ju6270 TV Internet Browser Glitch and Screen Sharing Snags

I'm experiencing some frustrating issues with my Samsung UE40ju6270 TV as a user. First of all, the internet browser is having trouble playing films and videos. When I contacted customer service, they recommended using Netflix. However, I don't understand why I should have to pay for an additional app when I should be able to stream content directly through my internet browser. In addition, following a recent update, screen sharing from my phone to the TV is no longer possible unless both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. This feature used to function flawlessly even without an internet connection. The update appears to limit functionality instead of improving it, encouraging users to buy new products. Samsung has certainly changed over time. I have decided to exclude Samsung from my future purchases and I cannot in good conscience recommend it to others.
