Samsung UE50MU7000U TV No Longer Plays Videos via Browser




I own a Samsung UE50MU7000U TV, and I can no longer play movies, series, or videos using the internet browser. I can search for a video on Google, but when I try to click "play", nothing happens. This feature used to work perfectly, and it was one of the main reasons I chose this TV.
When I contacted Samsung customer support, the representative’s only solution was to push me toward paid streaming platforms. I find this completely unacceptable. Why should I be forced to pay for services when my TV already had a working browser function?
I have seen other users get their issues resolved, and I expect the same level of support. There must be a way to restore this feature either by adjusting settings or rolling back the latest update. Samsung, fix this issue immediately! I need a proper solution now!
