I have a Samsung 40F8000 Smart TV, and it’s become nearly useless because it no longer receives updates. I can’t download any apps, including Exxen and Netflix, and I keep getting an "800 source error" message. None of the apps update, and even when I try to open the internet browser, it won’t load any streaming sites for movies or TV shows. This is extremely frustrating, especially for a brand as large and well-known as Samsung. I’m requesting urgent support to fix these issues. A Smart TV that can’t even stream or update apps defeats the purpose, and I need a solution right away.
