The software of my TV, which was introduced as a smart feature and included applications such as Skype, Tivibu, and Netflix, from the UR46F8000SL series, one of the top-level TVs of its time, has been erased by Samsung, preventing me from benefiting from my TV. The Netflix application, which I was using and had no issues with, was removed without consulting consumers, causing them to suffer losses. If the manufacturer did not inform customers while selling the TVs that they could arbitrarily delete applications and did not get approval from customers for this (which is not possible), they cannot render the devices obsolete by deleting, not updating, or making the applications in devices labeled as Smart non-functional. By removing the Skype application years ago, you eliminated one of the best features of the TV and crippled it, and now you have completely killed it. The TV no longer even opens the simplest internet site because it has a web browser produced by Samsung itself that hasn't been updated for 8 years. Samsung, either update and reinstall the applications on our TVs to work stably or give new TVs to the customers who bought this model. There is now social media, there are complaint platforms. People can easily make their voices heard. In this era, causing customers to suffer losses and sabotaging their devices is not a logical move. Just as Apple had to pay compensation for slowing down its devices, you might have to as well. Do not sabotage our devices.
