Samsung TV Replacement Failure

Samsung notified me that my pricey $3,000 television would be replaced due to a problem. After waiting a month, they called to inform me that the product is currently out of stock and may not be available for another month. When I suggested paying the difference for a new model, they gave evasive responses like "We don't have such a practice" or "There are no other TVs available." This is my sixth Samsung TV, and I've never had any quality concerns previously, but they suddenly appear apathetic to their own flaws. I've attached a photo of the TV they're making me watch. I regret not choosing a different brand.

I was told for three consecutive days that no device could be found for me. It was also reiterated that my suggestion for an upgrade at my expense was not possible. Finally, after pushing a bit more, the device was delivered after a process of about 10. Now I am waiting for the setup. The guys who delivered the device (like those who checked for the previous replacement) repeated that the current device or a higher one would be given. In other words, they contradicted what I was insistently told over the phone, that they don't do such a thing.
