Samsung Repaired My Cracked Speaker Twice But Still Refuses to Replace My TV
We bought a Samsung television in November. We soon noticed that there was a crackling noise coming from the TV's speaker and we requested service regarding it. The service came and said they would fix it, but it didn't. We called again and this time they took the TV away. Even though we stated that we did not want repair, they repaired it and brought it back, but the problem was still not solved. On top of that, they called and said there was a problem with the screen and it needed to be replaced. Even though I insisted that I demand change, they still did what they knew. I demand that these people, who are incredibly incompetent in their solution, take action and replace my television.
