Samsung Wants ₺27000 for Panel Repair on My 65" QLED TV After Just 29 Months


The Samsung TV model number 65s90c, which was bought on July 29, 2023, began having problems in December. The device started turning off unexpectedly, freezing during Netflix sessions, and not reacting to remote controls. I was told that there was an issue with the mainboard and it needed to be replaced. I asked for a replacement instead of getting the device repaired, which costs ₺90,000. Unfortunately, my request was not approved. I reached out to customer service and restated my request, but unfortunately, I still got a negative answer. I agreed to the repair, albeit reluctantly. Today, February 24, 2024, they swapped out the motherboard and let me know that Samsung Hub is currently being updated, which has been causing a 3-hour delay in downloading apps. Avoid buying items from a company that may seem like a well-known brand but actually sells faulty products. I will contact the Consumer Arbitration Board, and I recommend conducting thorough research on other brands to prevent wasting your money. I promise to never use or suggest any items from this company again, as I feel humiliated for squandering my money.
