Samsung Wants ₺27000 for Panel Repair on My 65" QLED TV After Just 29 Months

Hello, our Samsung 65" QLED television, which I bought at the end of January 2022, which has just completed 29 months, broke down spontaneously. When we called the service, they stated that there was a panel failure and asked us for a panel repair fee of ₺27000! Our socket is currently protected, there is not a single scratch on the TV due to a single impact. The service we contacted said "Electronic work is the work of chance, there is no user error, and anything can happen". The complaint we made to the Samsung call center and the discount request was closed by saying "Sorry, the issue is not ours". The market value of the TV is exactly ₺70000. Now, dear consumers who are reading this post who are thinking of buying a Samsung TV, stay away. The TV you bought today for ₺70000 may break down in the 29th month, and the service fee may be as much as the cost of a new TV. In a word, Shame on you! I will put that TV aside and seek my rights in every channel until the end, see you at the Consumer Court!
