Although the screen of my amsun z Flip phone was not a physical blow, etc., there was a blackening in the middle. I took it to service. The person who opened the service record said that it was a general problem, that the phone was not fully turned on, and that the screen would be replaced under warranty. 2 hours after leaving the service, a woman who introduced herself as a technical personnel on behalf of the service called and told me that the screen replacement would be 8500 TL, out of warranty. When I asked why, he said it was user error. When I told the person what kind of a user error it is, there is nothing physical on the phone, the person who bought the phone opened a record in this direction, he said, informally and condescendingly, there is nothing to do, this is the situation. I told him not to touch my phone and I would take the case to the Arbitration Committee. When I went to get my phone, I saw that half of the phone's screen was turned on and it was unusable. I gave my phone to the technical staff when I left it usable, when I said that you made my phone unusable, we opened it, the protection on it was removed, he said there is nothing to do. The protection on it (I don't even know about it) was something made by the original Samsung's factory. I asked him to restore my phone. If it is done, I will file a complaint with the Public Prosecutor's Office for the crimes of deliberately damaging the property and deceiving the person with malicious intent. In short, they take the usable product from you and make it unusable and force you to pay money. Say whatever you want to it. When all audio and video recordings were prepaid, it would be revealed how they deceived people.

I bought the Samsung Z Flip model in November 2021, and although it was never dropped or damaged, a line appeared along the fold. Within a month, the touchscreen began to fail in the folded section, affecting half the screen, and eventually the entire screen stopped working. When I bought the phone,...

I bought the Samsung Z Flip 3 model phone a year ago, and I've been using it with extreme care. I never dropped it or slammed it shut. But yesterday, when I closed it after a call, I heard a snap, and the screen split in half! Can you believe it? And then, when I talked to multiple service centers, ...
