Samsung Z Flip 5 Dead Pixel Problem
The screen of my Z Flip 5 phone, which I purchased ten months ago, had pixel errors and dead pixels. The warranty stated that the screen would be replaced, but I requested that the phone be replaced, which was rejected. After the screen was replaced, customer service informed me that if there were any issues, we would replace it. Following the screen replacement, there were black adhesive stains between the screen and the case, a gap between the case and the screen, and a crack in the screen plastic. When I took it to technical support, they said the black spots didn't interfere with use and that they couldn't see the gap between the case and screen. When I sent it to the same service again, they said they would process the phone but could not exchange it. The screen will change again, causing the same problems. I contacted customer service, and they said they would get back to me, but they haven't responded in three days; they must be mocking us. This is what it feels like to pay 50,000 TL for a phone and be humiliated. Definitely avoid the Samsung brand and don't let it bother you.
