Samsung Z Flip 3 Screen Breaks In Half For No Reason

I bought the Samsung Z Flip 3 model phone a year ago, and I've been using it with extreme care. I never dropped it or slammed it shut. But yesterday, when I closed it after a call, I heard a snap, and the screen split in half! Can you believe it? And then, when I talked to multiple service centers, they all told me it's a chronic issue with this model, and it's somehow the consumer's fault because it's related to the screen. I mean, come on! How can a company like Samsung not take responsibility for its faulty products? And they're even charging me to get it fixed! They told me that my usage exceeded 200,000 open and close limits, but I only used it for a year, and that's apparently a miracle to them. I'm not going to let this slide. I'm going to take it to the Consumer Court and make sure Samsung pays for their mistake. I want to make it clear that there wasn't even a single scratch on my phone, and yet they refuse to accept their fault. It's unacceptable!
