Samsung RT46K600S8 Refrigerator's 10-Year Warranty Turns Into a Costly Nightmare

I recently experienced a major disappointment with my Samsung RT46K600S8 refrigerator, which came with a 10-year warranty. After just 5 years of use, the cooling system failed, so I called the service center for assistance. They confirmed that it was a manufacturing issue and not our fault, assuring us that Samsung would replace it. However, to my astonishment, they demanded a hefty sum of money, equivalent to the price of a new refrigerator, in exchange for the replacement. If the problem is not our fault, why should we pay 13,000 TL for a refrigerator that should be covered under warranty? Samsung has truly become a regrettable choice. I strongly advise against purchasing their products. If they fail to resolve this issue promptly, I will not hesitate to exercise my legal rights.
