Samsung Refrigerator Not Cooling and Smelling After 4 Years

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator just four years ago, and now the cooling section has stopped working, and the appliance emits an unpleasant odor. Despite contacting the service team, the issue remains unresolved, and their assistance has been inadequate.
It's extremely disappointing that such an expensive product, which cost me around ₺40,000–₺50,000, has failed in such a short period. As a loyal customer, I expected Samsung to stand behind its product and provide a proper solution.
I regret not choosing another brand, as this experience has been a major letdown. I urge Samsung to address this issue immediately and either repair or replace the faulty refrigerator. Failing that, I will escalate this matter further.
