I called the service due to the lack of cooling of the refrigerator I bought like 7, 8 years ago, the service said that there was a gas leak and asked for a fee of 4500 TL, whereupon I contacted the Samsung solution center, I said that there was no user error in the cabinet, and that the gas leak would spoil the original of the cabinet and I demanded that the cabinet be replaced with a new one. They said they could not do this and called 1 day later and said that they would make a 30% service discount, I said that I would think about it and return, and I called them and requested that the cabinet be made under warranty, but it has been close to 2 months and we still have not reached a conclusion. I have never seen such irresponsibility. I would not expect such irresponsibility from Samsung, but I will not let this go, if they do not eliminate my victimization, I will use all my legal rights if necessary.
