Samsung Fridge Compressor Failure in Warranty


I highly discourage buying Samsung home appliances. My refrigerator, which has a 10-year compressor warranty, is currently having its second compressor replaced. After conducting some online research, it came to my attention that a significant number of individuals have encountered problems with the cooling system of this particular model. Clearly, there is a problem with this model, and I fully expect the company to provide me with a replacement. However, I'm shocked that I'm being asked to pay ₺6500 during this replacement process. Is it my fault that the compressor failed? Can you help me with this issue? I assure you, I will strongly assert my rights, and this will have a negative impact on your brand. I am disappointed with my decision to go with Samsung for all my home appliances.
