Samsung Refrigerator Gas Leak Issue

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator that served us faithfully for about 7 years. Suddenly, it stopped cooling, prompting us to call for service. The technician identified a gas leak, and we paid the service fee. However, the ordeal continued when they insisted on a ₺1500 ozone test for the gas leak, even before pinpointing the problem. A whopping ₺2000 was charged without resolving the refrigerator's issue.

Expecting the service to collect their fee and inform us of the repair cost, we were shocked to face additional demands for more money before the problem was fixed. Despite the supposed assurance of a 10-year motor warranty from Samsung, the reality revealed itself when seeking support for other malfunctions. Promised guarantees of 10 or 20 years for the motor turned out to be far from reality, as the brand requested exorbitant amounts for any other issues, a fact corroborated by the service itself.
