We bought a Samsung washing machine from Media Markt. On the way to our house, the machine's inner part got dented, which made it stop working. We sent a technical service report to Samsung's authorized service to let them know about this problem. But Samsung headquarters said we couldn't get a new machine because we hadn't used the brand-new one. They didn't even look at the report.
