Samsung Rejected Replacement Report Kept After Breakdown Of Brand New Washer
We bought a Samsung washing machine from Media Markt. On the way to our house, the machine's inner part got dented, which made it stop working. We sent a technical service report to Samsung's authorized service to let them know about this problem. But Samsung headquarters said we couldn't get a new machine because we hadn't used the brand-new one. They didn't even look at the report. Even though we have the report and videos as proof, we are still going through this.
