Samsung's Delayed Response and Defective Dishwasher

I bought a dishwasher that turned out to be defective, so I contacted Samsung for help. After 3 months of waiting, a technician arrived, but they did not even inspect the product. I purchased the dishwasher brand new, and it is only 7 months old, but they have ignored it for three months. Instead of requesting a part replacement, I simply requested a new washing machine. However, the service department dragged the process out and lied about my request for a part change. They tried to deceive me and insisted on exchanging parts, despite the fact that I have prior experience working in the Samsung service department and am familiar with their procedures. It's disheartening to see how they conduct business by deceiving customers.
