Samsung Delivered My WW90DG6U25LE Washing Machine Damaged



On July 24, 2025, the Samsung WW90DG6U25LE washing machine I purchased from Media Markt was delivered with a broken top cover and a detached display. I noticed the issue immediately after receiving the product and contacted Samsung service. The service team inspected it, confirmed it had severe shipping damage, and issued a report. However, there was no damage to the packaging, and I have camera footage as proof. The team blamed the shipping company but refused to assist with replacing the product and left without offering any solution. I have both the service report and the invoice. My order number is 267547867. I have been left in a difficult situation due to the product being delivered in this condition and the lack of resolution from the service team. I request a replacement of the product and ask for a prompt response regarding this matter.
