Samsung Washing Machine Got Lost in Service
The Samsung brand washing machine, still under warranty, that I bought from the media market a year ago, broke down about 1.5 months ago. When I called the service, they said that a small part needed to be changed and that they would order the part and then come to pick up the machine. One week and 10 days later, my machine was taken from my home by the service on 06.06.2024. About 2.5 weeks later, a washing machine belonging to another consumer, which did not belong to me, was brought to my home. Fortunately, before the service had assembled the machine, I realized that it did not belong to me. The situation was so clear and what I was sure later, due to the attitude of the service, was that my machine was given to another customer. Because when I called the next day, the service gave contradictory answers that made me think that they did not have the machine and I was not sure about it. The next day, we lost contact with the service and when I started talking to customer service, I told them that I did not want to bring a product delivered to another consumer's home into my home and that my grievance should be resolved. Unfortunately, no word or sentence I can write here can explain the suffering I have experienced due to not having a washing machine at home for 1 month in this summer heat. Our incessant service calls still do not yield any results. I haven't been able to do laundry at home for a month. As working people, being without a washing machine in this summer heat is equivalent to being without water for us. As a consumer, we wanted to believe in Samsung assurance for the first time and bought white goods for our home. There is no description of the regret we experience. I would also like to call out to those concerned. I beg you, please resolve it now.
