SAMSUNG is driving me insane right now! I bought one of their refrigerators, and it is already broken. To make matters worse, the dang thing can't even be repaired! So I contacted SAMSUNG and asked them to replace it with a new one, but they want an absurd amount of money for it. I offered to pay if they would lower the price slightly, but they flatly refused. I'm not going to put up with this. I have a perfectly good 4-year-old refrigerator sitting at the SAMSUNG service center, and they won't replace it with a new one for a reasonable fee. That is absurd! I demand that SAMSUNG do the right thing and replace my refrigerator at a reasonable cost. They must accept responsibility for their faulty product and make things right.
