On December 12, 2020, we purchased a Samsung TV and refrigerator. In March 2022, both the refrigerator and TV broke down—their mainboards and motors were replaced under warranty, but everything inside the fridge was ruined. In 2025, the refrigerator broke down again, along with all the items inside. I called the Samsung dealer and requested service. They came, inspected the unit, and said the mainboard and motor had failed again. They charged a 750₺ service fee and requested 8,000₺ for the mainboard. The refrigerator sat broken for a week before the part arrived and was installed. Less than a day later, the refrigerator door broke, and they demanded another 4,500₺. I’m tired of this defective product constantly failing. I’ve asked for a replacement, but they refuse. Despite calling multiple times, all I’ve received are negative responses, and no solution has been provided.
