Samsung Fridge Not Cooling, No Response, and 15 Days Without a Fridge

I bought a brand-new Samsung refrigerator about a month ago. The repairman came, set it up, and left, telling me that it would start cooling in two to three days. But, much to my disappointment, neither the freezer nor the fridge was working. I called the store right away, and they sent the service team back out. They took my brand-new item and said they would fix it. I said no and asked for a replacement, but I didn't get any answer. I have been without a refrigerator for 15 days now. Because Samsung hasn't done anything, I feel completely helpless and like a victim. It's not fair to spend hard-earned money on a new product and then find that it doesn't work. I want Samsung to take care of this problem quickly and come up with a good solution.
