I was pretty excited when I bought my Samsung refrigerator back on 11.11.2021. I thought I was getting a top-notch appliance that would last me for years to come. Boy, was I wrong! It's only been about a year, and already the cover is covered in rust. I mean, come on! did the right thing and reported the issue to the service department, they took pictures and started an investigation, which I appreciated. But when they called me back, they told me that the problem was due to user error and that they could only fix it for a fee. Are you kidding me?! I've never had this kind of problem with my old refrigerator, which is over 10 years old. And now the company is trying to say it's all my fault?! That's just not right, Samsung has failed in terms of both product quality and customer service. I would not recommend this brand to anyone. Don't waste your hard-earned money on a subpar appliance that will just give you headaches. It's just not worth it. NOT WORTH IT!!
