Frequent Failures of Samsung Refrigerator, No Repairs in Sight


I bought a Samsung refrigerator in 2021, and it stopped cooling after a year. I had to contact customer service, and it turns out that these kinds of problems are common with Samsung. They assured me that they would replace it if it happened again. I can't even use my Samsung fridge right now, and there's no end in sight. I'm tired of the constant service calls. This must be resolved. I demand a solution to the fridge problem, but no one appears willing to provide one. I don't want the same service team to return because they weren't able to fix it the first time. This Samsung fridge experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I'm sharing it so that others can exercise caution before investing in their appliances.
