Samsung Refused to Fix Vacuum Cleaner Saying Proof of Purchase Not Present
I bought all my white goods from the Samsung store in Mardin like seven years ago. So, like, my vacuum cleaner's motor just randomly crapped out on me, and now it won't even work. worried about this problem, so I hit up Samsung's customer service and asked them to send me a copy of my purchase invoice since the dealership had shut down. totally surprised when the customer service rep blamed me and said they couldn't find my invoice, it's been like seven freakin' years since I bought that thing. Like, seriously? Do you expect me to still have the receipt after all this time? Especially with all the crazy stuff that's happened, like earthquakes, floods, and that whole COVID-19 mess. I got these appliances from Samsung, which is a pretty legit company. But if they can't keep their customers safe or are always blaming us, it's not a good look for their brand, you know?
