I got this Samsung kitchen hood, but when we tried to install it, we found out it was pretty messed up. Even though I wrote a fancy report and got no help from the service team, customer service still didn't give me a replacement. My problem still isn't fixed, when the installation team showed up, it was pretty clear that the product was messed up, so that we had to make an official report about it. But, the service team didn't do their job of installing the product because they saw that it was damaged. surpised but hopeful that they'll help me, I hit up customer service to get a replacement. But, unfortunately, they haven't been responding and don't seem to want to fix the issue, I've tried so many times to get help, but my problem still isn't fixed. all these phone calls with no real fix are just making me more annoyed.
