Samsung Sold Me a Refrigerator With a Crooked Installation and a Dent

We bought a refrigerator from Samsung, but the installation team mounted it crookedly and there was a dent in the middle of the top door. When I reported the issue, I was first told the door would be replaced, but I insisted on a full replacement of the unit. Two days later, a Samsung representative came, took photos, and left, yet no one came to collect the appliance for the next two and a half weeks. During this time, I called customer service 7–8 times and was always told, “We’ve recorded your request, you’ll be called back,” but no one ever followed up. Almost three weeks later, I learned that my case had never been recorded in the system. After a proper record was finally created, I was called back, only to be told in a report that the appliance was properly installed and that the dent was caused by a metal bar around the door. This claim is false, as there is no metal anywhere in the MDF cabinet—just a column behind it that prevents the fridge from being pushed further back. The team that carried it up to the fifth floor didn’t even collect the unit but marked it as “taken.” The video clearly shows there is no bar or obstruction at the door. I have been left in a difficult situation, unable to use the refrigerator for a month, relying on food deliveries that cost nearly half the price of the fridge. I am filing a complaint and demanding that my grievance be resolved.
