Problems Arise With Samsung Appliance Shipping

After getting Samsung home appliances, I'm dealing with a frustrating situation. The filter and power cable for the hood were nowhere to be found, and the stove's plug was also gone. The store said they would send a service team, but all they could do was make a half-hearted effort. The service said they were out of stock and couldn't give you the filter. They quickly put in what they could and then left. After 10 days, there has been no follow-up, so the appliances are still sitting there collecting dust. When people have tried to get in touch with the service team, they have been ignored. This unfinished installation is making things difficult, and I have to wait for a solution for a long time.

I don't think I'll ever buy a Samsung again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They should think twice before buying!
