Samsung AC Installation Failures Leave Me Frustrated and Helpless

I bought a Samsung air conditioner and called what I thought was their authorized service to have it installed. They told me when they would be there but didn't show up. When I asked for a second appointment, they finally showed up, but the pipe they put in was cracked. The next day, they came back with a used pipe, which the authorized service confirmed was not good, but Samsung refused to take responsibility. They put in the used pipe, but the test showed that it had another crack. The authorized service gave me a different number to call for repairs, but even though I made three appointments, they never came. I've been trying to get help from Samsung's solution center for two weeks, but nothing has changed. I get frustrated when people say they will call back but don't. I'm sorry I bought it; there's no one to help and no way out. My air conditioner has been sitting in the middle of my house unused for almost a month.
