Samsung Service Damaged My Phone Further and Hasn’t Offered Any Solution

I’m very disappointed and taken aback by the service provided by Samsung’s authorized team. I sent my phone in for repair, and when it came back, it was in worse shape than when I originally gave it to them. I received the phone back, but it had more damage than before. I've tried contacting them several times, both by phone and in writing, yet nothing has been done to resolve the problem. I anticipated that Samsung, being a prominent brand, would acknowledge its responsibility and address the issues caused by its service team, yet I have received no response or resolution. Now, I’m stuck with a phone in even worse condition, completely unsure about how or if it will ever be repaired. I feel let down by the brand, and this experience has been quite disappointing.
