Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 Scanline Issues

I recently purchased a Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 monitor from a third-party reseller. However, after setting it up and testing it, I noticed some serious scanline issues on bright neon colors in videos and games, as well as intermittent flashing problems on the monitor. Concerned about the defects, I contacted Samsung support five days after the purchase and requested service, as the reseller required a report from Samsung service before issuing a replacement. Two Samsung employees came to my house to investigate the problem, and they admitted that there was a problem with the monitor. They took it for further investigation, and after five days, they called me to say they found nothing wrong with it and returned the monitor to me. Not accepting their decision, I provided photos and video recordings of the issues, clearly demonstrating the scanline and flashing issues. However, Samsung denied my claims, leaving me frustrated. After doing some research, I discovered that many other Odyssey series monitor owners are experiencing the same issues. As a result, I have taken legal action to address this issue and want to warn other consumers about Samsung products. Beware: Samsung does not stand behind their products, and Odyssey series monitors appear to be plagued with scanline issues, even when evidence is provided.
