My Samsung Odyssey G3 monitor suddenly developed permanent lines across the screen, and they haven’t disappeared since. I even tried disconnecting the HDMI cable, but there’s no issue with the cable. The monitor is still under its 2-year warranty, and I’ve only had it for one year. This unexplained problem needs a proper resolution. I have the warranty and invoice documents, but unfortunately, the original box was discarded. However, I can securely send the monitor in another box. I hope Samsung doesn’t use the lack of the original box as an excuse to deny service. I expect Samsung to honor the warranty and resolve this issue promptly, as this problem is completely unacceptable for a product of this caliber.
