Dear Samsung. You replied as if we just came out of a cave and don't know our way around. First, we called the authorized service in Kuşadası-Söke who installed the TV. The service personnel also saw the clouding and agreed with us. They even diagnosed it, saying the back LED lights don't light up the blacks, and the panel is faulty. They said it can't be repaired and needs to be replaced. Later, for some reason, the owner of the authorized service sent the personnel again, and this time they shot a short video in broad daylight and said there was no fault in the TV the very next day. Brother, we are already saying that there is no problem in well-lit scenes during the day, our issue is watching cloud-like white spots in black scenes while enjoying movies or series at night. Is this normal? Also, we spoke with the owner of the authorized service, who said that larger models do this, and we bought this 75-inch giant TV as an entry model, and if I had bought a better one, this problem wouldn't occur. He said if I wanted, I could apply to the consumer board, but they wouldn't be able to do anything either. Brother, I paid 55,000 TL for this TV, thinking it was the best, but I was wrong. Later, I called your headquarters at 4447711. They opened a service request again. Later, they also said the authorized service didn't see any fault, and there was nothing they could do, and that I should use it as it is, and I could call wherever I wanted in a rude tone. Then I also contacted via the WhatsApp application, and it continued the same way. May everyone involved in this process face the consequences. I do not forgive my rights. If you buy Samsung, you'll be left alone when there's a fault; they dismiss you. I will never buy a Samsung product again. Look at this video and see if it's normal.

I just bought Samsung TV, and it worked fine in a well-lit environment. However, at night, in dark scenes, cloudy images are visible all over the screen. I have not even used the TV for 10 days. I called the service, and they came quickly. The service team saw the clouding issue, took pictures and videos, and sent them to Samsung headquarters. After analyzing the images, they claimed they could not detect any fault on the screen, which is unbelievable. We paid a lot of money to a well-known brand to avoid being misled by cheaper companies, but I was wrong. Samsung turned out to be the worst. I will never buy from Samsung again. Look at the images—am I blind, or are they? I demand a replacement for my TV and will not accept this defective product.
