On my Samsung 55NU7100 model TV, which I bought 3 years ago, the screen went black out of the blue. Since I bought the TV, I have used it cleanly with a surge protector and screen protector. When I researched the problem on the internet, I learned that the same problem occurs frequently in many Samsung devices and especially in this model. Samsung customer service said that since the warranty period of the product has expired, it can only be repaired for a fee. The service charges the same amount of money as a new television. Samsung denies that the problem is chronic and does not stand behind its product. The device, which I bought for a very high price compared to its equivalents, became unusable even though it was used very little. I regret that I chose Samsung when buying. The money we earned under difficult conditions was wasted because of the product we bought by trusting its brand. Not to mention the sadness we experience. If you don't want to fall into our situation, think ten times before buying a Samsung.
