On September 17, 2025, I purchased a 32" Samsung Odyssey G7 G70D 4K 144 Hz Gaming Monitor (order number: TR250914-12309552) from the Samsung online store. The product is still in shipping and has not yet reached me. However, just four days after I placed my order, the same product had a price reduction of ₺2,477. I contacted Samsung customer service to request a refund of the price difference, but I was told that such a practice is not applied. Yet, on similar shopping sites (such as Amazon), the price difference is refunded. Even though I have not yet received the product, I am already experiencing this problem. I request that the price difference be refunded to me.
