At Ankamall Samsung, we bought a refrigerator, a washing machine, a TV, and a dishwasher. During the buying process, we asked the salespeople about the dishwasher. We asked if it was a built-in type and if a cabinet door could be added to it. The sales team told us it was possible, and since we'd had good experiences with Arcelik before, we believed them, if it was possible for Arcelik, it would be possible for them too. When the installation team got there, they took the old machine's cover off and put in a new one that wasn't built into the cabinet. When we told the officials about this, they said that it was up to the furniture company to fix it. But our house is brand new, and none of the other 40 people who live in our building have access to these kinds of services from the company that put in the kitchens. I called the cooking company on behalf of everyone in the building to try to find a solution, but they told me that they don't offer this service to anyone in our building. The company we bought it from said they would come and put it together, but now we are in the middle with no way out. My wife has called Samsung several times and tried to explain the problem, but no one has been able to help. Today, someone from Samsung called my wife and said that if we paid an extra 350 TL, we could get the service we need. This is strange because none of our friends who bought appliances from Arcelik, Beko, or Siemens have had problems like this. Why do we have this issue? We spent more than 50,000 TL on our buy, and Samsung's sales staff and installation team told us they would take care of everything. It's disheartening to see that a global brand like Samsung falls short in comparison to Arçelik. We feel like we were tricked by this, so we've chosen to never shop with Samsung again. I have two brothers who are also getting married, so I'll be sure to tell them about this so they don't fall for the same scam.
